HR Recruiter

We're looking for a recruiter with hands-on experience hiring skilled and unskilled labor in the construction industry. You'll manage end-to-end recruitment for roles like laborers, carpenters, electricians, and equipment operators.

Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and hire for field-level construction roles
• Maintain talent pipelines for ongoing project needs
• Coordinate background checks, certifications, and onboarding
• Partner with site managers to understand staffing needs
• Ensure compliance with hiring policies and labor laws

Requirements:

• 2+ years of recruiting experience in construction or blue-collar roles
• Knowledge of trade roles, job sites, and industry certifications
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Bilingual (Hindi/English) is a plus
• Familiar with ATS and job boards
