Job Summary:

Leomk International is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team in Zirakpur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes and ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and onboarding.

Post job openings on various platforms (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).

Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.

Conduct telephonic/initial rounds of interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.

Maintain recruitment trackers and update the database regularly.

Coordinate for walk-in interviews and job fairs if needed.

Ensure timely closures of open positions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred: HR, Management, or related field).

6 months to 2 years of experience in recruitment or HR role.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Familiarity with job portals and sourcing tools.

Basic knowledge of HR policies and practices.

Salary & Benefits:

Monthly salary: ₹13,000 to ₹20,000 (based on experience and performance).
