HR Recruiter

• Facilitate comprehensive onboarding programs, ensuring new hires are well-acquainted with company policies, culture, and operational standards.
• Coordinate with outlet teams to ensure smooth transitions and effective integration.
• Serve as the primary HR contact for Managers and Chefs, addressing concerns and providing guidance.
• Monitor performance and provide feedback to ensure alignment with company objectives.
• Implement initiatives to enhance job satisfaction, including career development opportunities and recognition programs.
• Conduct regular check-ins and exit interviews to gather feedback and improve retention efforts.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
