HR Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand manpower requirements of various departments (Retail Counter, Sales, Back Office, Manufacturing, etc.).
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and references.
• Screen and shortlist resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate with department heads.
• Conduct initial HR rounds, salary discussions, and final negotiations.
• Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers.
• Assist in onboarding, joining formalities, and induction process.
• Build strong talent pipelines for future requirements.
• Ensure all hiring practices align with company policies and industry standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,643.30 - ₹20,981.31 per month
