Job Description:

We are hiring an enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our remote team! The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to close positions within deadlines.

Responsibilities:

• Handle the full recruitment cycle – sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.
• Post job openings on job portals like Naukri, Indeed, and LinkedIn.
• Source and identify suitable candidates through various channels.
• Conduct telephonic interviews and assess candidates’ suitability.
• Coordinate with hiring managers for feedback and selection.
• Maintain daily reports and hiring trackers.
• Ensure smooth onboarding and candidate experience.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in recruitment (consultancy or corporate).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing through job portals and social media.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented.
