Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior HR Recruiter to lead and manage full-cycle recruiting efforts for various departments across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sourcing top talent, managing relationships with hiring managers, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. This role requires strategic thinking, excellent communication, and a deep understanding of recruitment best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage full-cycle recruitment for mid to senior-level positions across departments.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through proactive sourcing using LinkedIn, job boards, employee referrals, social media, and networking events.
- Screen and interview candidates to assess qualifications, cultural fit, and alignment with job requirements.
- Manage and coordinate all communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior recruiters or recruiting coordinators.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners (e.g., recruitment agencies).
- Track and report key recruiting metrics (e.g., time to fill, cost per hire, candidate experience feedback).
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely feedback and updates.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and recruitment technologies.
- Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
- Assist in the development and execution of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) hiring strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. (Master’s degree is a plus.)
- 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a corporate or agency environment.
- Proven experience recruiting for a wide range of positions and industries.
- Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS platforms, and recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Certification in HR or recruitment (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, AIRS) is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with employer branding and recruitment marketing.
- Familiarity with DEI hiring practices and inclusive recruitment strategies.
- Global or multi-location recruiting experience.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and compliance related to recruitment.
Working Conditions:

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
