We’re Hiring – HR Recruiter (5+ Years)

We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to handle end-to-end recruitment, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding. The role also involves building strong talent pipelines and supporting hiring strategies across functions.

Key Responsibilities:· Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing).· Build strong talent pipelines through networking, job portals, and social media.· Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring requirements.· Drive employer branding initiatives.· Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the process.

Qualifications & Skills:· Graduate/Post-Graduate in HR or related field. Minimum 5+ years of experience in recruitment (preferably in education).

Strong interpersonal, networking, and communication skills. Proficiency in recruitment tools, portals, and MS Office.
