Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
• Use job portals, social media, and referrals to attract talent.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to fulfill staffing needs.
• Conduct initial assessments and schedule interviews.
• Maintain candidate databases and track hiring metrics.

Requirements:

• 0-2 years of recruitment experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in job portals and applicant tracking systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
