We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the company’s staffing needs. This role involves managing the full recruitment life cycle from sourcing to onboarding while ensuring a positive candidate experience and alignment with our organizational goals and culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process for various roles across departments.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and define candidate profiles.
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, employee referrals, and other creative channels.
- Screen resumes, conducts initial phone interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.
- Provide timely communication and feedback to candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure data accuracy.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives and build a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Assist in organizing recruitment events, job fairs, and campus hiring programs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies throughout the recruitment process.
- Prepare and present recruitment reports and metrics to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–3 years of recruiting experience.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems.
- Strong understanding of recruitment techniques and best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple open roles and meet deadlines.
- A passion for people and a keen eye for identifying talent.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
