Job Title: HR Recruiter
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and dedicated HR Recruiter with 2–3 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment to manage sourcing, screening, and onboarding for IT and Non-IT roles. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to handle multiple hiring requirements efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for various technical and non-technical positions.
- Source candidates using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed) and other professional networks.
- Conduct screening calls and interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
- Handle onboarding, documentation, and joining formalities for new hires.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Required Skills:
- 2–3 years of proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Strong knowledge of IT and Non-IT hiring processes.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in KEKA HR for managing recruitment and onboarding activities.
- Ability to multitask and meet tight hiring deadlines.
