Job Title: HR Recruiter

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and dedicated HR Recruiter with 2–3 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment to manage sourcing, screening, and onboarding for IT and Non-IT roles. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to handle multiple hiring requirements efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for various technical and non-technical positions.
  • Source candidates using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed) and other professional networks.
  • Conduct screening calls and interviews to assess candidate suitability.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
  • Handle onboarding, documentation, and joining formalities for new hires.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

Required Skills:

  • 2–3 years of proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Strong knowledge of IT and Non-IT hiring processes.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in KEKA HR for managing recruitment and onboarding activities.
  • Ability to multitask and meet tight hiring deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
