  • Job Posting and Advertising: Creating and posting job descriptions on various platforms to attract candidates.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Identifying and reaching out to potential candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and other channels.
  • Screening Applications: Reviewing resumes and applications to shortlist candidates based on qualifications and experience.
  • Conducting Interviews: Organizing and conducting initial interviews to assess candidates' skills, fit, and interest in the position.
  • Coordinating Recruitment Processes: Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their needs and facilitating the selection process.
  • Reference and Background Checks: Conducting checks to verify candidates’ qualifications and background.
  • Onboarding: Assisting in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
  • Maintaining Records: Keeping accurate records of applicants and hiring metrics.
  • Building Relationships: Networking with potential candidates and maintaining a talent pool for future hiring needs.
  • Staying Informed: Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
