Job Responsibilities

  • Recruitment using available hiring resources and portals like Naukri.com, Linkedin,

Angel.co, Indeed, etc to source fresh talent and conducting telephonic/face-to-face

interviews for the relevant positions.

  • Hiring will be for primarily for Non-IT, business oriented positions like Sales (approx 60% of total hiring), MIS Executives, Data Analyst, Accounts, Marketing, Graphic Designer etc
  • Some hiring shall be for IT roles as well like PhP Developer, Database Developer, App Developer, etc
  • Understand position requirements & create job descriptions
  • Conducting daily interviews and perform initial assessments
  • Negotiate salary and create salary structure and other joining documentation
  • Onboarding of new candidates, including induction and proper documentation.

Must have skills:

  • Excellent command over written and spoken English
  • Excellent command over spoken Hindi
  • Presentable, Confident, Assertive and Extrovert
  • Ability to assertively manage employee issues and keep them motivated
  • Excellent command in sourcing candidates
  • Positive attitude and good motivator
  • Good knowledge about portals like Naukri, Linkedin etc.

Experience:

  • Minimum 2 Years of complete recruitment experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Human resources: 2 years (Required)
