HR Recruiter

About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and result-driven HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring processes. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates across multiple roles while maintaining excellent communication and employer branding.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, from job posting to candidate onboarding.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and social media.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers for final rounds.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future requirements.
• Maintain and update recruitment reports and databases.
• Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Support employer branding initiatives and participate in recruitment events or job fairs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience (1–3 years) as an HR Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist.

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
