About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and proactive HR Recruiter who specializes in sales hiring. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and hiring sales professionals across different levels. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process and ensuring a smooth candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for sales roles — from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Understand job requirements and coordinate with hiring managers to define hiring needs.
  • Source candidates using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.), networking, and referrals.
  • Conduct initial screening, schedule interviews, and manage candidate communication.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified sales candidates.
  • Maintain recruitment dashboards and ensure timely closure of open positions.
  • Support employer branding and participate in hiring drives or job fairs when required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
  • 1–4 years of experience in recruitment (preferably sales or business development hiring).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience hiring for Inside Sales, Field Sales, or Business Development roles.
  • Good understanding of sales metrics and team structures.
  • Target-driven and result-oriented approach.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,323.04 - ₹25,000.00 per month
