Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a keen interest in recruitment, and the ability to identify and attract the right talent for various roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment process — from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand requirements.
• Schedule and follow up on interviews with candidates.
• Maintain and update candidate databases.
• Assist in other HR activities like documentation and joining formalities when required.

Skills Required:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of recruitment tools and job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Good coordination and follow-up abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
