Job Title: HR Recruiter

Job Location: Janakpuri

Experience Required: 2–3 years

Ctc - 420000 lpa

Work Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM, Monday to Saturday

Job Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment process for IT and Non-IT profiles.

Source candidates through various job portals (Naukri, Shine, TimesJobs, LinkedIn, etc.) with strong portal management skills.

Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate with candidates.

Recruit for multiple domains including Sales, Non-Sales, IT, and Non-IT roles.

Conduct initial HR interviews and shortlist candidates as per company requirements.

Maintain and update candidate database and daily recruitment reports.

Ensure timely closure of positions by meeting hiring deadlines.

Key Skills & Requirements:

Strong knowledge of all major job portals and sourcing techniques.

Previous experience in IT company recruitment background preferred.

Proven track record in hiring for Sales, Non-Sales, IT & Non-IT positions.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong coordination and follow-up abilities.

Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹420,000.00 per year
