HR Recruiter

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Recruiter who will lead AI-driven and international recruitment, primarily focused on hiring doctors and healthcare professionals.

Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for doctors and healthcare roles across India and international markets.
• Use AI-based tools and job platforms to source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates.
• Build strong pipelines of doctors and medical professionals with relevant experience.
• Coordinate interviews and manage the selection and onboarding process.
• Partner with internal teams to understand hiring requirements and deliver timely closures.
• Maintain and update candidate databases, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
• Create job descriptions and manage postings across multiple platforms.

HR Generalist & Office Management

• Oversee onboarding, joining formalities, and employee documentation.
• Support in attendance tracking, employee engagement, and basic HR administration.
• Coordinate daily office operations and assist with staff management.
• Maintain a professional and positive work environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (HR, Business Administration, or related field).
• 2–4 years of recruitment experience (experience in doctor or healthcare hiring preferred).
• Familiarity with international recruitment processes is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with AI-based recruitment platforms or ATS systems.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and digital HR tools.
