Job Title: HR Recruiter & Admin
Location: Chennai
Experience: 1–3 years
Qualification: Any Graduate / MBA in HR preferred

Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and organized HR Recruiter & Admin professional to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in handling end-to-end recruitment processes and managing day-to-day administrative activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
  • Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
  • Coordinate with various departments for manpower requirements.
  • Assist in payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management.
  • Manage office administration including stationery, housekeeping, and vendor coordination.
  • Support HR operations and employee engagement activities.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in recruitment and HR administration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and HR tools.
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.

Salary: 15,000/- Take home to 20,000/- Take home
