Position Overview
The HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment across medical, technical, and corporate roles. This includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates in alignment with RAHI Care’s manpower requirements, compliance norms, and organizational culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for dialysis centers and corporate roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define role requirements.
- Source candidates through multiple channels (job portals, social media, consultancies, campus drives, and internal referrals).
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with technical and HR panels.
- Conduct initial HR rounds and salary discussions within approved budgets.
- Maintain accurate and updated recruitment trackers and dashboards.
- Ensure timely onboarding, documentation, and coordination with HR operations.
- Liaise with external recruitment partners and maintain cost-effective sourcing channels.
- Support talent pipeline creation for critical positions across regions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and recruitment standards.
- Contribute to employer branding and social media presence for RAHI Care.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 4–6 years of experience in recruitment (healthcare experience preferred).
- Strong understanding of clinical and paramedical role requirements.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn), and HRMS tools (preferably KEKA).
- Ability to manage high-volume hiring and work under tight timelines.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in multi-location recruitment (especially for healthcare or hospitals).
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.

- Coordination with regional HR, operations, and clinical teams.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
