Location: Naraina Industrial Area, Phase 1, New Delhi
Work Mode: On-site
Shift: Day Shift (10:00 AM – 7:00 PM)
Experience: 6 months – 3 years (Bulk Hiring / BPO / Sales Hiring preferred)
Salary: As per industry standards

Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and target-oriented HR Recruiter to manage bulk hiring for our telesales and customer service teams. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in high-volume hiring and a strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for bulk hiring (telesales, customer service, or similar roles).
• Source candidates through portals, references, social media, and walk-ins.
• Conduct screening, scheduling, and coordination for interviews.
• Maintain candidate databases and daily hiring reports.
• Work closely with operations and HR teams to understand manpower requirements.
• Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly hiring targets are met.
• Manage walk-in drives and coordinate with training/onboarding teams.

Requirements:

• Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline.
• 6 months to 3 years of experience in bulk or volume hiring (BPO / Sales hiring preferred).
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,258.11 - ₹30,369.28 per month
