Medhavi Skills University (MSU) is a government-notified private skills university established under a State Act in Sikkim, dedicated to promoting quality skill education and entrepreneurship integrated with higher education. Recognised by the University Grants Commission (UGC) and established in 2021, MSU is a pioneering institution in converging the skilling ecosystem with higher education and is aligned with the vision of the National Education Policy 2020 (NEP 2020).
