Job Title: Aspire Coordinator

Reports To: Principal

Job Summary:

The Aspire Coordinator is responsible for planning, implementing, and coordinating the Aspire Program aimed at enhancing students’ skills, talents, and holistic development. The role involves close collaboration with teachers, students, and external trainers to ensure smooth execution of all Aspire activities and events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and coordinate all Aspire sessions, workshops, and events as per the school calendar.
  • Maintain communication with external trainers, vendors, and facilitators for various Aspire modules.
  • Ensure student attendance, participation, and feedback are properly documented.
  • Coordinate with class teachers and subject heads to schedule Aspire sessions without affecting regular academics.
  • Monitor the quality and effectiveness of each program and submit periodic reports to the management.
  • Handle logistics such as venue setup, materials, and resource arrangements for all Aspire activities.
  • Maintain Aspire-related data, budgets, and records systematically.
  • Support in preparing reports, photographs, and updates for newsletters or school communication.
  • Ensure discipline and safety during all Aspire sessions and field activities.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong organizational and coordination skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively with teachers and students.
  • Positive attitude, proactive approach, and attention to detail.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in B.Sc and Postgraduate degree in M.Sc.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in coordination, event management, or school activity administration.
