We are looking for a proactive and skilled HR Recruiter to handle end-to-end recruitment activities, identify and attract key professionals, coordinate with teams, and manage documentation. The candidate should be capable of effective communication, negotiation, and maintaining smooth coordination across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition: Identify, source, and recruit qualified professionals for various technical and managerial roles.
  • Screening & Shortlisting: Review resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and shortlist candidates based on project and organizational needs.
  • Documentation: Prepare, collect, and verify professional documents, experience certificates, and related HR paperwork.
  • Team Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams, department heads, and project managers to understand manpower requirements.
  • Negotiation & Bargaining: Handle salary discussions, contract terms, and final offer negotiations with candidates.
  • Database Management: Maintain and update recruitment databases, candidate records, and job postings.
  • Follow-up: Ensure smooth onboarding and joining formalities for selected candidates.
  • Compliance: Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies and government regulations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience (1–3 years) as an HR Recruiter or in a similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple positions and meet deadlines.
  • Good negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and HR management tools.

Preferred Attributes:

  • Experience in recruiting for infrastructure, engineering, or consultancy projects will be an added advantage.
  • Positive attitude, team-oriented, and result-driven approach.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
