Job Title: HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive
Department: Human Resources
Experience: 1–5 Years (Freshers with good communication skills may also apply)

Job Summary:

The HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process — from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and onboarding new hires. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand job requirements and create effective job descriptions.
  • Source potential candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and assess candidates’ suitability.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers.
  • Negotiate salary and finalize offers in coordination with HR Manager.
  • Handle onboarding formalities for selected candidates.
  • Build and maintain relationships with placement agencies and institutions.
  • Support HR team in other talent management and employee engagement activities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
