HR Consultant

Collaborate with hiring managers and recruitment teams to understand job requirementsand candidate profiles.

• Manage the candidate pipeline, ensuring timely and effective communication throughoutthe placement process.

• Conduct assessments to identify candidates' soft skills and areas for improvement.• Develop and deliver training sessions, workshops, and one-on-one coaching to enhancecommunication, teamwork, leadership, and other essential soft skills.

• Provide actionable feedback and personalized guidance to help candidates improve theirprofessional demeanor and interpersonal skills.

• Assist candidates in crafting compelling and tailored resumes that highlight their strengthsand achievements.

• Provide guidance on resume formatting, content optimization, and customization forspecific roles or industries.

• Offer support in writing cover letters and preparing for interviews, including mock interviewsand feedback sessions.
