Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring that we attract, engage, and hire top talent across various departments. This role requires a strong understanding of talent acquisition strategies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers alike.
Duties
- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Conduct technical recruiting for specialized positions, ensuring alignment with departmental needs.
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of new hires.
- Utilize various platforms such as social media, job boards, and ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) like Lever and iCIMS to source candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on best practices for talent management.
- Conduct campus recruitment initiatives to build a pipeline of future talent.
- Engage in executive recruiting efforts for senior-level positions within the organization.
- Maintain candidate relationships throughout the hiring process through effective communication and follow-up.
- Ensure compliance with employment and labor laws during the recruitment process.
- Participate in employee orientation programs and assist in training & development initiatives for new hires.
- Utilize HRIS systems such as Workday, Paychex, ADP, or UltiPro for managing employee data and recruitment metrics.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in recruiting across various functions including internal recruiting, sales roles, and technical positions.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decisions positively.
- Excellent interviewing skills with a focus on assessing candidates' fit for both position requirements and company culture.
- Familiarity with employee evaluation processes and employee relations best practices.
- Ability to conduct cold calling for lead generation purposes as part of sourcing efforts.
- Strong research skills to identify potential candidates through various channels.
- Effective relationship management skills to build rapport with candidates and internal stakeholders.
