Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for healthcare positions (doctors, nurses, allied health professionals, etc.)
- Source candidates through multiple channels including LinkedIn, job portals, references, and social media platforms
- Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate suitability and alignment with client requirements
- Coordinate with clients to understand position requirements, timelines, and updates
- Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure timely follow-ups throughout the recruitment cycle
- Support documentation and verification processes for overseas healthcare placements
- Maintain accurate records of recruitment activity and candidate data
- Meet individual and team hiring targets within defined timelines
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Healthcare, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in healthcare recruitment or overseas hiring consultancy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, or similar platforms
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple hiring mandates simultaneously
- Prior experience in coordinating with international clients (preferred but not mandatory)
