Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for healthcare positions (doctors, nurses, allied health professionals, etc.)
  • Source candidates through multiple channels including LinkedIn, job portals, references, and social media platforms
  • Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate suitability and alignment with client requirements
  • Coordinate with clients to understand position requirements, timelines, and updates
  • Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure timely follow-ups throughout the recruitment cycle
  • Support documentation and verification processes for overseas healthcare placements
  • Maintain accurate records of recruitment activity and candidate data
  • Meet individual and team hiring targets within defined timelines

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Healthcare, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in healthcare recruitment or overseas hiring consultancy
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, or similar platforms
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple hiring mandates simultaneously
  • Prior experience in coordinating with international clients (preferred but not mandatory)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
