Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with department heads and HR leadership to understand staffing needs and workforce planning.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles, including doctors, nurses, allied health professionals, support staff, and administrative positions.
  • Create and post job ads on job portals, social media, and professional networks.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing techniques including cold calling, networking, and attending job fairs.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruitment databases.
  • Coordinate with onboarding teams to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics and prepare regular reports for HR and management.
  • Ensure all hiring practices comply with legal and hospital policies.
