We are looking for a dynamic HR Recruiter to join our team and play a key role in scaling our workforce across multiple locations in India.

Position Overview

The HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle — from sourcing and screening candidates to onboarding selected employees. The ideal candidate should be passionate about connecting with people, understanding organizational requirements, and building a strong talent pipeline for both technical and non-technical roles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for various positions (Sales, Operations, Technical, and Support roles).
  • Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and professional networks.
  • Conduct telephonic and initial HR screening interviews to assess candidate suitability.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with department heads and maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Maintain and update the recruitment tracker, candidate database, and dashboards.
  • Draft and issue offer letters, appointment letters, and joining formalities.
  • Support the HR team in onboarding and induction processes.
  • Collaborate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs and build talent pools.
  • Ensure timely closure of open positions as per business requirements.
  • Maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and compliance with company recruitment policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in recruitment (preferred in Solar, Energy, or EPC sector).
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn), and database management.
  • Excellent understanding of full-cycle recruitment and HR processes.
  • Goal-oriented, result-driven, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Salary Range: ₹8,000 – ₹10,000 per month (based on experience and performance)Working Days: Monday to Saturday (10:00 AM – 7:00 PM)Reporting To: HR Manager / Head – Human Resources
