Job Title: HR Recruiter

Job Summary:

The HR Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the organization’s staffing needs. This role involves managing the full recruitment cycle — from job posting and candidate sourcing to interviewing and onboarding. The HR Recruiter works closely with hiring managers to understand their requirements and ensure the selection of qualified candidates who align with the company’s culture and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
  • Conduct job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives.
  • Source and recruit candidates using databases, job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
  • Screen candidates’ resumes and job applications.
  • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.
  • Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
  • Maintain HR recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire and cost-per-hire).
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies during the recruitment process.
  • Assist with onboarding new hires and ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
  • Participate in job fairs, campus drives, and other talent acquisition initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Proven work experience (1–3 years) as a Recruiter, HR Executive, or similar role.
  • Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and candidate management systems.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and employment laws.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Preferred Skills (Optional):

  • Experience with employer branding and social media recruiting.
  • Knowledge of behavioral interview techniques.
