Designation : HR Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

  • Sourcing Candidates: Utilize various platforms, including job boards, social media, and networking events, to identify potential candidates.
  • Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop job descriptions that attract suitable candidates.
  • Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they have a smooth transition into the company.
  • Maintaining Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a positive recruitment experience.
  • Recruitment Metrics: Track and analyze recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire and cost-per-hire, to optimize the recruitment process.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
  • Decision-Making: Ability to make informed decisions regarding candidate selection and hiring recommendations.
  • HR Knowledge: Familiarity with HR practices and employment laws to ensure compliance throughout the recruitment process.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹29,667.69 - ₹38,876.20 per month
