About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven HR Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing the end-to-end recruitment process, particularly for roles in the IT or Digital Marketing space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process — from sourcing and screening candidates to scheduling interviews and facilitating onboarding.
- Understand job descriptions and skill requirements for various roles, especially within IT and Digital Marketing domains.
- Source candidates using multiple channels such as job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies.
- Conduct initial screening and shortlisting based on technical and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate records and update the recruitment tracking system.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand workforce planning and hiring priorities.
- Support employer branding initiatives and contribute to improving the candidate experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in recruitment, with exposure to IT or Digital Marketing hiring.
- Strong understanding of recruitment tools, job portals, and sourcing strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Familiarity with HR software or ATS systems is a plus.

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹252,000.00 per year
