HR Recruiter

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for roles such as SEO Specialists, Content Writers, PPC Managers, Graphic Designers, Social Media Managers, Account Managers, and other digital marketing positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
• Source and attract top talent using job boards, LinkedIn, social platforms, and recruitment campaigns.
• Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and schedule skills assessments and interviews.
• Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and recruitment dashboards.
• Build a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring demands.
• Coordinate onboarding activities and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
• Support employer branding efforts to enhance the agency’s reputation as a top workplace.
• Ensure hiring processes align with company policies and local labor laws.
• Contribute to HR initiatives including employee engagement, retention, and culture-building activities.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
