Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Recruiter to join our growing team in Panchkula. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in IT and BPO recruitment and possess excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

● End-to-End Recruitment for IT and BPO roles – from sourcing and screening to offerrollout and onboarding.

● Identify and attract top talent through various sourcing methods including job portals (Naukri, Shine, etc.), social media, referrals, and networking.

● Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews (telephonic screening), and assess candidates’ suitability.

● Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback.

● Maintain strong pipelines for recurring requirements.

● Maintain accurate recruitment data and prepare weekly/monthly hiring reports.

● Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring stakeholders.

● Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

● Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or equivalent degree.

● Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience.

● Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
