HR Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand client requirements and job specifications for various IT roles.
• Source candidates through multiple channels — job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Dice, Monster), Boolean searches, networking, referrals, and social media.
• Screen candidates for technical and cultural fit, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate client interviews.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle — from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Maintain candidate database and ensure timely communication throughout the hiring process.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and clients.
• Stay updated on current technology trends and emerging skills in IT.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,222.49 - ₹33,520.17 per month

Work Location: In person
