Job Overview

The HR Recruiter is responsible for managing the entire recruitment process—from sourcing and screening candidates to onboarding new hires. This role ensures the company attracts, hires, and retains the best talent to meet business goals efficiently and within timelines.

Key Responsibilities

HR Recruiter – Key Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing to onboarding).
  • Understand hiring needs from department heads.
  • Post job openings on portals and social platforms.
  • Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with managers.
  • Prepare offer letters and handle joining formalities.
  • Maintain candidate and employee databases.
  • Support in HR documentation and policy implementation.
  • Build company’s employer brand through effective hiring communication.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR / Business Administration.
  • 1–4 years of experience in recruitment (preferably tech / SaaS / digital industry).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Knowledge of HR processes, documentation, and compliance.
  • Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
