Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process — from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Identify and attract top candidates through job portals, social media, and networking.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers efficiently.
  • Draft and post compelling job descriptions across multiple platforms.
  • Conduct initial HR screenings to evaluate candidates’ suitability and communication skills.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment reports.
  • Assist with HR functions such as onboarding, documentation, and employee engagement when required.
  • Ensure every candidate enjoys a smooth, professional, and positive hiring experience.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • 6 months to 1 year of proven experience in recruitment.
  • Strong understanding of sourcing tools and modern hiring practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple openings simultaneously.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹11,000.00 per month
