Job Summary:

The HR Recruiter is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle — from identifying hiring needs and creating job descriptions to sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding qualified candidates. The role ensures that the organization attracts, hires, and retains the best talent while promoting a positive employer brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition:
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and job requirements.
  • Create and post job descriptions on relevant platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, company website).
  • Source candidates through databases, social media, networking, and referrals.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.
  • Interviewing & Selection:
  • Assess candidates’ qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Facilitate and schedule interviews, assessments, and background checks.
  • Provide constructive feedback to candidates and hiring managers.
  • Onboarding:
  • Support the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Maintain and update recruitment records and documentation.
  • Employer Branding:
  • Promote the organization as an employer of choice through social media and events.
  • Participate in job fairs, networking events, and campus recruitment initiatives.
  • Reporting & Compliance:
  • Track key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, candidate satisfaction).
  • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with labor laws and company policies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (1–3+ years) in recruitment, preferably within [industry/sector].
  • Knowledge of full-cycle recruiting, sourcing techniques, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Familiarity with employment laws and best HR practices.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or other sourcing tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple job openings simultaneously.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,057.23 per month
