Job Summary:
The HR Recruiter is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle — from identifying hiring needs and creating job descriptions to sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding qualified candidates. The role ensures that the organization attracts, hires, and retains the best talent while promoting a positive employer brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and job requirements.
- Create and post job descriptions on relevant platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, company website).
- Source candidates through databases, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.
- Interviewing & Selection:
- Assess candidates’ qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Facilitate and schedule interviews, assessments, and background checks.
- Provide constructive feedback to candidates and hiring managers.
- Onboarding:
- Support the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Maintain and update recruitment records and documentation.
- Employer Branding:
- Promote the organization as an employer of choice through social media and events.
- Participate in job fairs, networking events, and campus recruitment initiatives.
- Reporting & Compliance:
- Track key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, candidate satisfaction).
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with labor laws and company policies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1–3+ years) in recruitment, preferably within [industry/sector].
- Knowledge of full-cycle recruiting, sourcing techniques, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Familiarity with employment laws and best HR practices.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or other sourcing tools.
- Ability to manage multiple job openings simultaneously.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,057.23 per month
