  • Understand manpower requirements from various departments.
  • Source candidates using job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn), social media, referrals, and networking.
  • Screen resumes and shortlist suitable profiles.
  • Conduct initial HR interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Schedule interviews with hiring managers and follow up for feedback.
  • Coordinate entire hiring process: screening → interview → offer → onboarding.
  • Maintain and update candidate database and recruitment reports.
  • Draft job descriptions and post job openings on various platforms.
  • Build a strong pipeline of candidates for future requirements.
  • Handle salary negotiation and prepare offer letters (if applicable).
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and documentation for new hires.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR/Management or related field (MBA HR preferred).
  • 2+ years of experience in recruitment (freshers can apply depending on company).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good understanding of end-to-end recruitment cycle.
  • Ability to multitask and handle multiple positions at once.
  • Familiarity with job portals and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is an advantage.
  • Good negotiation and decision-making skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
