- Understand manpower requirements from various departments.
- Source candidates using job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn), social media, referrals, and networking.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable profiles.
- Conduct initial HR interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Schedule interviews with hiring managers and follow up for feedback.
- Coordinate entire hiring process: screening → interview → offer → onboarding.
- Maintain and update candidate database and recruitment reports.
- Draft job descriptions and post job openings on various platforms.
- Build a strong pipeline of candidates for future requirements.
- Handle salary negotiation and prepare offer letters (if applicable).
- Ensure smooth onboarding and documentation for new hires.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR/Management or related field (MBA HR preferred).
- 2+ years of experience in recruitment (freshers can apply depending on company).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of end-to-end recruitment cycle.
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple positions at once.
- Familiarity with job portals and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is an advantage.
- Good negotiation and decision-making skills.
