Role Overview:

The HR Recruiter will manage the full recruitment cycle for BR Ceramics, ensuring timely hiring of qualified talent for sales, operations, production, and corporate roles. The position requires strong sourcing skills, coordination, and excellent communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviews, selection, and offer rollout.

• Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.

• Develop job descriptions and post vacancies on job portals and social platforms.

• Conduct telephonic/face-to-face interviews and shortlist suitable candidates.

• Maintain recruitment trackers, dashboards, and timely reporting.

• Manage reference checks, offer negotiation, and joining formalities.

• Support onboarding and ensure smooth induction of new employees.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR/Business Administration or related field.

• 2–4 years of experience in recruitment (manufacturing/tiles/building materials preferred).

• Strong sourcing skills across portals, social media, and networks.

• Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.

• Ability to handle multiple positions and work under deadlines.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
