Job description
As a female fresher in HR role at Flymedia Technology, a leading digital marketing company in Ludhiana, you will have the opportunity to work full-time and utilize your skills in communication and HR management. The ideal candidate for this role is someone who is currently pursuing or has completed an MBA in HR and possesses excellent English communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Support hiring, onboarding, and employee documentation.
• Maintain attendance and leave records.
• Help organize employee engagement activities.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.

To be eligible for this position, you should meet the following criteria:-

• Female candidates only
• Education: MBA in Human Resources (completed or awaiting results)
• Language Skills: Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
