Responsibilities -

Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT & Non-IT roles

Source candidates through portals, LinkedIn and Naukri

Screen resumes and conduct telephonic interviews

Coordinate technical and HR interview rounds

Manage offer rollout, negotiations & onboarding

Maintain recruitment trackers and reports

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
