HR Recruiter

· Source and screen candidates primarily through the Naukri portal and other job boards.

· Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle: understanding job requirements, posting jobs, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing positions.

· Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.

· Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure smooth communication with candidates.

· Stay updated with industry hiring trends and best practices.

· Ensure timely closures of open positions with quality talent.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
