Job Title: Recruiter

Experience: Fresher to 1 year
Salary:

• Fresher: ₹15,000 – ₹17,000 per month
• Experienced (up to 1 year): Up to ₹20,000 per month

Work Mode: Work From Office Only
Interview Mode: Face-to-Face Only (Direct Walk-In)

Job Responsibilities:

• Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews.
• Maintain candidate trackers and daily recruitment reports.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Support end-to-end recruitment activities.

Requirements:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of the recruitment process.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per year
