HR Recruiter

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and goal-oriented HR Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates as per company/client requirements. Freshers with MBA in HR or candidates with prior recruitment experience are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates through various channels (job portals, social media, referrals, etc.)
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews
• Schedule interviews with hiring managers or clients
• Coordinate with candidates during the entire recruitment cycle
• Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports
• Meet monthly hiring targets (minimum 15 closures per month)

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or MBA in HR preferred
• Proven experience in recruitment (preferred but not mandatory)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Target-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure
• Proficient in using MS Office and recruitment tools
