HR Recruiter

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The role involves sourcing, screening, and selecting suitable candidates to meet the organization’s staffing needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates using job portals, social media, and other platforms.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to shortlist qualified candidates.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Assist in onboarding new employees and maintaining recruitment reports.

Pay: ₹9,258.11 - ₹17,369.28 per month
