HR Recruiter

Job Summary:
We are looking for an HR Recruiter with at least 6 months of recruitment experience and a strong passion for hiring. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for various roles.

Responsibilities:

• Source candidates using job portals, social media, and referrals
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases
• Manage end-to-end hiring for assigned positions
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Ensure a positive candidate experience

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of recruitment experience
• Strong passion for recruitment and talent acquisition
• Good communication skills
• Ability to meet hiring deadlines
• Basic knowledge of sourcing tools and job portals

Preferred:

• Experience in volume or non-IT hiring
• Familiarity with ATS and Google Sheets

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
