HR Recruiter

• Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle: job posting, sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking, referrals, and databases.
• Conduct initial telephonic/virtual screening to assess candidate suitability.
• Maintain applicant tracking and update recruitment dashboards.
• Manage candidate communication and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
