HR Recruiter

We are looking for motivated HR Recruiters (WFH) to handle end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, social media & referrals
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable profiles
• Schedule telephonic/face-to-face interviews
• Maintain daily recruitment reports
• Follow up with candidates until joining
• Meet daily/weekly hiring targets

Required Qualification & Skills

• 12th pass/Graduate (Fresher can apply)
• Good communication skills
• Basic computer & internet knowledge
• Mobile/Laptop & good network connection
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹16,254.97 - ₹21,362.42 per month
