Position:

HR Recruiter We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our growing team. If you're passionate about recruitment, have great communication skills, and want to contribute to an innovative educational brand, this role is perfect for you!

Key Responsibilities:

 Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across departments

 Source and screen candidates based on role requirements

 Conduct interviews and assess candidate suitability

 Handle onboarding: assign forms, codes, and ensure smooth induction

 Track and manage intern/employee attendance and work status

 Maintain organized records and recruitment data

 Assist team members with software and daily coordination tasks

 Promote a healthy and positive work culture

Candidate Requirements:

 Freshers and experienced candidates welcome

 Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (written & verbal)

 Proficient in MS Office, internet search, and professional email communication

 Highly organized and detail-oriented

 Ability to work independently and manage remote coordination

 Passion for HR and people management

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
